Nordic Rheology Conference 1998
The meeting included sessions on all major aspects of rheology. There was contributed lectures and posters in all areas of rheology, a special session with invited lecturers and an exhibition of rheological instruments. The special session of the Conference was GELS. The session covered applied research in both synthetic and biopolymer gels. Three internationally renowned specialists gave the main lectures in the special session on gels.
An optional course An Introduction to the Rheology of Polymer Systems, was arranged on June 10, 1998. The course was given as an introduction to the terms and phenomena of rheology and a review of gels systems at a fundamental level. |
